Well, I've had enough of THIS happy horseshit

And so has Pickles. Although she loves the snow when it's not over her head.

The big lump up there? It is the husband's truck.

And that? up there? That's my new car I was fixin to tell you about before my stupid house burned. (not linking, too sad. scroll down, it's the last post)

This is what it looks like when it's not hiding out in a snow drift.

Not my picture, obviously. Since I have no HOUSE, or CAMERA, or GARAGE for it to live in and not get a billion tons of snow on it. Did you know that with a convertible, you have to go out and sweep the snow off the roof every five seconds or the roof will collapse from the weight? True. Snow sweeping aside, I lovelovelove this car! It's the bright spot in my otherwise dreary existence of looking at rental after rental after rental. I thought having the dogs would be the problem in renting a house. But noooo, it's that no one wants to do a six month lease. My thinking is that six months worth of money is better than no money, but they'd rather let the house sit empty and get nothing. Me no unnerstand.

What I do understand is that I MUST get out of this hotel or I will pull a Jack Nicholson in The Shining. I've got a few more to look at on Monday, providing we're dug out by then. We've got 7' drifts out in the parking lot, but the roads are clear. I guess that's one bright side to not being at home. If I were at home, I'd have no power (it went out at 9pm Friday) and I'd truly be stuck because they won't get to our road until probably Monday night. So see? Bright side to everything!

I'm going to go sob quietly in the bathroom now. Please don't tell anyone where I am.

Yeah I don't get the 6 month lease thing either? So you'd rather have NO money, than SOME money? Thats dumb.

Greeting for the day!!

I am new to this site. Loads of people have added so many good things here. Please accept my little contribution towards community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you wish to know how to lose 10 pounds in a week, you are probably not looking for a standard dieting and exercise plan. You can lose weight with a general diet and workout plan, However this takes a lot of time doing intense cardio drills and sticking to a strict diet. Here I will outline the right steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a workweek.

1. Keep Distance from all deep-fried foods for the week
2. Drink In an 8oz glass of Citrus paradisi with breakfast every day. (this accelerates up your metabolism)
3. Eat reasonable portions (stop taking when you are full)
4. Instead of consuming 3 large a meals a day, consume 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Aviod your habbit of eating after 9 P.M.. When you eat that late your body does not burn off the calories.
6. Take proper sleep every night. Not getting enough rest causes been proved to be a leading factor to the body putting up excess fat.
7. Use a body/colon clean for the 7 days. This will get rid of unnecessary weight stored close to the tummy area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that cause you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.
8. I advice you using Acai Berry Diet Pills. This one is proven to work, and you can get a free trial.
9. For those people who wish to burn fat quickly, avoid intoxicant.

First of all, I had to stop chuckling at the comment before mine..ENGRISH!! It ROCKS!

I guess the 6 month thing is, what happens if next month someone who wants a one year lease comes along and you're in it for another 5. They're out 6 months of rent. I understand the concept, even tho I agree, it sucks.

Sounds like a good time to get out of Dodge, if you ask me.

Snow and spam... tough times.

Have to laugh at Slyde's comment. Have you read his latest post about all the snow where he's at? ;-)

Your new car is damn sexy. And your dog is too cute in all her pinkness.

Hope the snow clears soon and that you find a place with landlords that have more common sense and who like money, even if it's only six months' worth.
